Telehealth provider InTouch Health and Dignity Health have expanded their partnership, extending InTouch’s existing services in Dignity’s acute care settings into post-acute and ambulatory facilities. With new software, tablet and care options, InTouch Health’s services can go to any patient location with a laptop, tablet or fully-integrated solution that is designed for specific conditions, which also allows for connection with diagnostic tools and multiple providers for each patient visit.

"Our mission at Dignity Health is to deliver compassionate, high-quality, affordable health services, and we see telehealth as a crucial step forward. InTouch has long been a go-to partner for its telehealth offering in high-acuity settings, and we're excited to expand use into our post-acute and ambulatory settings," Janice Favorite, Dignity Health’s senior director of strategy and business development, said in a statement. "InTouch's highly-reliable services are easy to deploy, easy to scale and interoperable with our electronic health record and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS). Most importantly, implementation does not require the setup of additional IT infrastructure or development of new software … We are confident that this expansion of telehealth applications will further transform our patient care and enable better outcomes beyond discharge."
